Currency & Conversion

dkk99 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not accepted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

dkk99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its players. The following terms apply to using these benefits:

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳10,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳28,000.

Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — once expired, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Misuse of bonuses, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or using any fraudulent method will result in all bonuses and related winnings being forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• dkk99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

VIP Program

Regular players may be enrolled in the dkk99 VIP program. Three tiers are available: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), and Gold (up to 1.2%). Higher tiers can be reached through continued active participation.

6. Betting & Game Rules

General Betting Rules

All bets on dkk99 are managed in a fair and transparent manner. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. As an exception, in the case of a technical error, we reserve the right to review the relevant bets.

Sports Betting

Keep the following in mind when betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events:

• Odds are subject to change until the event begins.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• There may be a delay in live betting — during this time, bet acceptance may be automatically paused.

Casino Games

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dkk99 platform:

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Placing bets or gambling using a third party's funds.

• Exploiting platform software, technical vulnerabilities, or using unauthorized automated tools.
• Money laundering or engaging in any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other players, staff, or third parties.

Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account cancellation, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the User
